Mike has been a serial-entrepreneur throughout his career having started, scaled and sold multiple companies.  He has a passion for developing high-performing companies and helping other lower-middle market business owners maximize their enterprise value.  Mike is particularly keen on mentoring management teams by sharing experiences from his successes, and more importantly, his failures.

From 1990 – 2000, Mike built business productivity technologies for companies such as Coca-Cola Enterprises as well as national non-profit organizations such as The Salvation Army.  From 2000 – 2010 during the business intelligence revolution, Mike created a SaaS platform company to enable companies with seamlessly integrated data and performance metrics across their entire enterprise.  In 2011, he sold that company, and began to focus on the next revolution – business artificial intelligence.  Today, Mike specializes in helping CsuiteIQ clients create ever-increasing cash flow streams through the integration of processes, data and predictive outcomes – analytically-driven decisions.

Mike holds a MS in Business Analytics from New York University, Stern School of Business and a BS in Accounting from Kansas State University.

Fun facts:  Mike is a recovering 1980’s drummer (recovering from hearing loss as well) and is a licensed pilot.  He enjoys running, cycling and most outdoor activities.  He and his bride have been married for over 35 years and have four grown children and two grandchildren.
