Ivan is a seasoned information technology executive and most recently serving as CIO, Corporate Officer and Corporate VP of IT for Seaboard Corp.  Prior to that he was Director of Corporate Systems (finance, HR and legal) at H&R Block.  He has extensive business advisory knowledge as a Senior Manager at Ernst & Young.  Ivan is a results-focused senior executive with a track record of building high performing teams, delivering superior IT services and driving change within organizations. He has exceptional business acumen, leadership and communication skills, while directing large, complex change initiatives. He possesses a distinctive blend of IT leadership, Fortune 500 and “Big 5” consulting experience across diverse industries: manufacturing, financial services, consumer products, transportation and healthcare.

Ivan holds an MBA from Washington University in St. Louis, Olin Business School and BBA, Accounting from the University of Texas at Austin.

Fun fact:  Ivan has eaten McDonald’s on four continents and admits that it all tastes the same.  That is the purest definition of process, although it lacks in freshness.
