Curt’s career has spanned six industry sectors (manufacturing, technology, banking, nonprofit, professional services, and energy), serving or consulting in functional areas as diverse as operations, sales and business development, marketing and branding, IT and software development, fundraising, board development and strategic planning.

Curt has served executive roles in three different companies. His rebranding efforts in an industry-leading, energy management company led to 100% sales growth in one year. He has formed two innovative management consulting practices. His corporate strategy role for an Inc 500 full-service agency involved providing counsel to dozens of senior leaders in areas of strategy, vision, and tactical implementation. Most recently, he has led senior leadership teams through the implementation of the Entrepreneurial Operating System (EOS).

Curt holds a Presidential/Key Executive MBA from Pepperdine University, Graziadio School of Business and Management. He taught for several years in BIOLA University’s Masters in Organizational Leadership program, and regularly speaks and writes on business and leadership issues, including his personal journey integrating his faith with his work. He is an active Director on several boards.
