Chris is a high-integrity, results-oriented leader with over thirty-years’ experience leading, improving and growing numerous manufacturing and distribution companies in multiple industries. He has held a number of significant roles in his career, including: President & CEO of private equity owned Paradigm Electronics, Inc. & MartinLogan, Ltd., President & COO, and Board of Directors Chairperson at Hoshizaki America, Inc., and Deputy CEO and head of Operations at Skyline Corporation (SKY – NYSE).
He started his career as a U.S. Naval officer before various roles in management at Ford and General Motors, and then VP Operations at Trek Bicycle Corporation. He also has prior consulting experience as Managing Partner at Hi-Beam Consulting LLC.
Chris has earned manufacturer of the year awards in two different industries and was recognized as an Entrepreneur of the Year in 2015. A lean expert, he also is a Certified Quality Engineer and Master Black Belt. His specialty areas include: Turnarounds, Business Strategy, Growth, Innovation & New Product Development, Supply Chain, Lean 6 Sigma and Continuous Improvement, Organizational Speed & Agility, and M&A.
Chris holds a BS in Mechanical Engineering from The University of Notre Dame, and an MBA with high honors at The University of Michigan, Ross School of Business where he earned the Henry Ford II Award for being #1 in class academic standing.
